Mass texting at scale.
AI answers the flood.
Volume Reach SMS is a mass-texting platform with an AI agent built in, from $20 a month. Send blasts to thousands and let the AI inbox answer the flood, qualify replies, and escalate only the conversations that need you. A2P registration done for you.
One subscription. The whole texting stack.

Queue campaigns for the right day and hour. Build the week's outreach on Monday and let it run.
Templates
Reusable message templates with personalization fields, so every send is consistent and fast to launch.
AI auto-replies

Unified inbox
Every conversation in one thread view, on the web and in the iOS/Android app, with the AI's handling visible inline, so you can take over any thread at any time.
Number warm-up
New numbers ramp volume gradually so carriers learn to trust them before you go full-throttle.
List cleaning
Line-type lookups flag landlines and invalid numbers before you send, so you don't pay to text numbers that can't receive.
A2P 10DLC registration, filed for you.
US carriers require A2P 10DLC registration (brand + campaign vetting) before a business can text at volume, and toll-free numbers need toll-free verification (TFV). It's paperwork, it's confusing, and getting it wrong means filtered messages and a burned list. We file your A2P registration for you as part of setup: you answer a few questions about your business, we handle the brand, the campaign, and the carrier back-and-forth.
Tell us about your business
Name, address, EIN. The basics. We prepare and submit your A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration from there.
Carriers vet your registration
A2P brand and campaign vetting typically takes 1–7 days. We track status and keep you posted. No chasing support tickets.
Send at full volume
Registered traffic means carriers deliver your messages instead of filtering them. Your warm-up ramp begins automatically.
The number you text from decides who texts back.
Pay-as-you-go texting platforms advertise "no monthly fee" and put you on a toll-free (8XX) number because it's faster to set up. That number is the first thing your lead sees, and the difference shows up in your reply rate.
Toll-free texting
- Faster setup: toll-free verification approves in days
- Your lead sees an 8XX number from nowhere, the same number format as every robotext they've ever ignored
- Heavier carrier spam filtering as volume ramps. Messages can be billed but never delivered
- No local presence, no matter where your market is
Local numbers, A2P registered
- A local area code your leads recognize. A text from a local number reads like a neighbor, not a robot
- A2P 10DLC registration puts you in the carriers' verified business lane, where registered traffic gets delivered instead of filtered
- Replies come easier: people answer local numbers they recognize
- We file the A2P application for you; approval typically takes about a week, and your numbers warm up automatically
Our take: toll-free is a shortcut that costs you replies. We register you properly on local numbers because that's what gets answered, and we do the A2P paperwork so the "hard way" takes you ten minutes. Need to text sooner? We support verified toll-free too while your A2P clears.
The more you text, the less each text costs.
Rates step down automatically as your monthly volume grows. No plan change, no negotiation. The discount just applies.
Prices are per SMS segment (160 characters). All-in: carrier fees included, no surcharges. Sending more than 25K a month? Talk to us about custom volume rates →
Every rate is all-in — carrier fees included. Usage draws from a prepaid wallet you top up — never a surprise invoice.
What 10,000 texts a month costs, platform by platform.
Same job, published prices. Most SMS platforms for real estate charge hundreds a month before the first text goes out.
| Platform | Monthly fee | 10,000 texts | Total / mo | Numbers |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Volume Reach SMS | $20 | $257.50 bracketed $0.028 to $0.019 | $277.50 | Local, A2P registered |
| Launch Control Lite | $497 | included 12,500 cap | $497 | Local |
| Smarter Contact Pro | $399 | ~$250 at $0.025/text | ~$649 | Local |
| Pay-as-you-go toll-free platforms | $0 | ~$150 at ~$0.015/text | ~$150 | Toll-free (8XX) |
Toll-free looks cheapest on paper; it is also the lane carriers filter hardest and leads answer least, which is why we put you on local A2P-registered numbers instead. Competitor prices are their publicly listed rates as of August 2026 and may change; check their sites for current pricing.

Texting starts the conversation. Dialers finish it.
Let the AI call your repliers
The lead who texted back "call me after 5" is consented traffic — the AI dialer calls them in under a minute, qualifies, and books the follow-up while the conversation is still warm.
See the AI dialer →Work the rest of the list yourself
For the contacts who never text back: four parallel lines with predictive pacing, so an hour of calling is an hour of talking instead of ringing.
See the multi-line dialer →Before you hit send.
What is A2P 10DLC registration, and do I need it?
A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person, 10-Digit Long Code) is the US carrier registration system for businesses that send text messages at volume. Every business texting from local numbers must register a brand and a campaign, or carriers filter the messages as spam. Volume Reach files your A2P registration for you — brand, campaign, and the carrier back-and-forth — as part of SMS setup.
Can I send mass SMS without an LLC?
Yes. Carriers accept A2P registration as a sole proprietor: you register with your personal name and address instead of a business EIN, verify your phone number, and you can text at volume. There are limits, mainly lower daily sending caps and fewer numbers than a registered business gets, but it is a real way to start. When you form an LLC later, we upgrade your registration to a standard business one without starting over.
Why pay $20/mo when some platforms have no monthly fee?
The "no monthly fee" platforms are toll-free, pay-as-you-go: fast to start, but you're texting from an 8XX number that carriers filter harder and leads ignore more. The $20 buys the setup that gets replies: local A2P-registered numbers, done-for-you carrier registration, number warm-up, list cleaning, and the AI inbox, with all-in per-text rates from $0.028 down to $0.019. One burned list costs more than a year of the subscription.
Should I text from a toll-free number or a local number?
Local, if reply rate matters to you. Toll-free (8XX) numbers are faster to set up, which is why many pay-as-you-go texting platforms default to them. But they face heavier carrier spam filtering as volume grows, and leads are conditioned to ignore texts from 8XX numbers. A local number with A2P 10DLC registration runs in the carriers' verified business lane and shows your lead an area code they recognize, which is what earns the text back. Volume Reach sets you up on local A2P-registered numbers by default and files the registration for you; verified toll-free is supported as a bridge while your A2P clears.
How fast can I start texting?
Setup takes about 10 minutes. A2P 10DLC registration (required by US carriers for business texting) typically takes 1 to 7 days to approve, and we file it for you and track the status. Once approved, your number warms up automatically and you can scale to full volume.
What does "all-in" pricing mean?
The per-text rate includes carrier fees: $0.028 to start, $0.025 past 2,500 texts a month, $0.019 past 10,000. Prices are per SMS segment (160 characters). The price you see is the whole price; there are no surcharges added at the end of the month.
How much does it cost to send 10,000 texts a month?
Rates apply per bracket, like tax brackets: your first 2,500 texts bill at $0.028 and the next 7,500 at $0.025. Ten thousand texts is $70 plus $187.50, so $257.50 in usage on top of the $20 subscription. Past 10,000 the rate steps down to $0.019.
Is Volume Reach cheaper than Launch Control or Smarter Contact?
At typical volumes, yes, by a wide margin. Sending 10,000 texts a month costs about $277.50 on Volume Reach ($20 subscription plus bracketed usage). Launch Control's entry plan is $497/mo for the same 10,000 messages, and Smarter Contact's Pro plan runs $399/mo plus roughly $0.025 per text, around $649 all-in. Prices are their published rates as of August 2026.
Does Volume Reach have a free trial?
Yes. SMS has a one-time free trial with no credit card required, so you can test the inbox and build your first campaign before paying. When the trial ends you choose whether to subscribe; nothing converts automatically.
Is this built for real estate wholesalers?
Volume Reach was built around how real estate wholesalers text: blast a seller list, let the AI inbox qualify the replies, and escalate motivated sellers. The same SMS feature works for any business that texts leads at volume.
What happens when people reply?
Replies land in your unified inbox on web and mobile. If AI auto-replies are on for the campaign, the AI answers, asks your qualifying questions, and escalates the conversations that need a human. You can step into any thread at any time.
Do I need the CRM to use SMS?
No. Your $20/mo includes the full texting stack plus contacts, campaigns and the mobile apps. The CRM is an optional $50/mo add-on that layers on the opportunities pipeline, automations that trigger sends for you, and AVA — and it is included free on yearly plans with 2 or more features.
What about opt-outs?
Opt-out keywords are honored automatically and those contacts are suppressed from future sends. Recipients can text STOP at any time. It's built into every campaign, as carriers require.
Do I need my own phone number?
You'll text from dedicated numbers on your account, set up as part of onboarding. The same numbers work across other Volume Reach features (calling, voicemail) if you add them later.
How is Volume Reach different from other mass-texting platforms?
Three things. Pricing is à la carte: SMS is $20/mo standalone instead of a bundle you mostly don't use. The AI inbox works your replies instead of just collecting them. And compliance is built in, not bolted on: A2P 10DLC registration is done for you, opt-outs are honored automatically, and per-text pricing is all-in with carrier fees included.
