Contracts questions

Before you send one.

What does a contract cost?

$2.50 per contract sent, on any paid plan. The text that carries the signing link bills as a normal SMS, resends are free, and there is no module to buy. Contracts aren't available on the free trial because they text a third party.

Do I need the CRM to send contracts?

No. Contracts come with any feature you subscribe to — SMS, a dialer or the CRM. You do need a number on your account that can text, because the signing link goes out from your own number.

Can I use my own purchase agreement?

Yes. Upload the PDF you already use as a template. Seller name, property address, purchase price and buyer name fill in from the contact (title company and closing date from your custom fields), and you can review and edit before it goes out.

How does the seller sign?

They get a text from your number with a link, confirm a one-time code on their phone, and sign on the screen. The contact shows Sent, Opened and Signed as it happens, and you countersign in the app.

Where is the signed copy?

On the contact and in Settings → Contracts, as a signed PDF plus an audit-log PDF. You get an email, a mobile push and an in-app alert the moment the seller signs.
