Usage is pay-as-you-go from a prepaid wallet: AI dial attempts cost $0.01–0.02 each and AI conversation minutes $0.12–0.18 per minute depending on tier. There's no credit card required to sign up and explore.
Do I pay for calls that hit voicemail?
No conversation minutes — ever. When the AI reaches a voicemail system, call screener, carrier block, or after-hours recording, machine detection bills zero conversation minutes. You only pay the dial-attempt fee ($0.01–0.02). Calls to real people under 20 seconds are also never billed as conversation minutes.
Is AI calling better than hiring a virtual assistant?
For volume and consistency, yes. An AI agent makes 250+ dials per hour versus roughly 20 for a human VA, costs about $0.12–0.18 per conversation minute versus $4–8/hour plus training, follows the script on 100% of calls, and gives you real-time transcripts of every conversation. How do phone numbers work?
Each plan includes phone numbers (3, 5, or 10 depending on tier), and you can add extra numbers at $2/month each. After A2P registration, numbers are provisioned as local area-code numbers through Twilio with optional caller ID. Number porting is not currently supported.
How does the prepaid wallet work?
You add funds to your wallet, and usage is deducted in real time as calls are made and messages are sent. You can set up auto-recharge so you never run out mid-campaign.
