Four lines ringing.
One of you talking.
A multi-line power dialer: up to four of one contact's numbers ring at once, and the moment a human picks up, the other lines release and the call is yours. The dead time — the ringing, the voicemails, the disconnected numbers — is where your hour goes. This takes it back.
Stop paying attention to ringing.
Load the list
Pull a campaign straight from your CRM. DNC scrubbing and calling-hour rules apply before a single number is queued.
Four dial at once
Up to four of that contact's numbers ring within a beat of each other — one contact per batch, so nothing else is dialing in the background.
First answer wins
A human picks up, the other lines drop immediately, and you are live — with the contact record already on screen.
Log and move
Outcome, notes, and next step land on the contact. Turn on Auto-Dial to start the next contact's batch on its own, or click Dial Next Batch when you're ready.
A phone system without the phone system.
4 concurrent lines
Up to four of one contact's numbers ringing at once. First human to answer gets you — every other line, including a second person who picks up, is released immediately.
Campaign-driven lists
Dial straight from a CRM campaign — no exporting, no re-importing, no separate list tool to keep in sync.
Caller ID rotation
Outbound calls rotate across your numbers on a cooldown, so no single caller ID gets hammered hard enough to trip a carrier's spam flag.
Runs in your browser
No desk phone, no headset licensing, no VoIP contract to sign — sign in and start dialing from your computer.
No seat licenses
One subscription covers the feature, not a per-rep tax that punishes you for adding the person who was going to make the calls.
Contact on screen
The owner's name and property address open the instant the call connects, so you are never guessing who answered.
Callback routing
When a lead calls the number back, it routes to you instead of dead-ending in a voicemail box nobody checks.
Urgent callbacks
If you are mid-conversation when someone returns your call, it is queued and surfaced — not lost.
Dials cost a penny. Talking is the product.
A parallel dialer places a lot of calls that nobody answers — that is the entire point of it. So an attempt costs one cent, and the real meter — connected minutes — only runs when a human picks up. The rates below are the whole list.
Minutes on unanswered lines. Three of your four lines usually end in nothing — each costs the 1¢ dial and not a single minute.
Anything under 6 seconds. The instant hangups and wrong numbers that come with volume dialing don't reach your bill.
Per-rep licensing. $90 covers the feature. Adding the person who makes the calls doesn't change the price.
Minutes round up to the whole minute and start counting the moment the contact picks up — including the brief instant before you're bridged in; a call under 6 seconds bills no minutes. Usage draws from a prepaid wallet you top up — never a surprise invoice.
When to use this instead of the AI.
Use the multi-line dialer for cold list work. A human is on the line, which is the distinction that matters legally: the TCPA restriction on artificial and prerecorded voices — which the FCC confirmed in 2024 covers AI voices — applies to the AI agent, not to you.
Use the AI dialer for leads who already raised their hand: the form fill you must answer in sixty seconds, the follow-up sequence, the inbound call at 9pm. It works those around the clock without getting tired on the fortieth dial.
Most teams run both. Each is its own subscription, so you can start with one and add the other whenever the other job shows up.
Compliance on both dialers
Quiet-hours enforcement you can turn on for your Speed-to-Lead trigger, in your time zone, plus DNC scrubbing before the dial, call recording with disclosure, and opt-outs honored across calling and texting alike.
You decide who you may legally call and when. The platform gives you the settings to enforce it — it is not automatic out of the box.
One feature. One price.

What is a multi-line dialer?
A multi-line (or power, or parallel) dialer calls several of the same contact's phone numbers at once for a single human rep. Volume Reach dials up to 4 of a contact's numbers simultaneously; the instant one is picked up by a person, the other lines hang up and that call connects to you. You spend your time talking instead of listening to ringing.
How much faster is it than dialing manually?
It depends on how many numbers you have on file per contact — Volume Reach dials up to 4 of them at once and connects you the moment any one answers. The gain is in dead time removed: instead of working through a contact's numbers one at a time, waiting out each ring and voicemail before trying the next, you get to a live answer or a dead end in one shot instead of four.
Do I need special hardware or a phone system?
No. It runs in your browser — no desk phone, no headset licensing, no seat fees. Sign in and start dialing from your computer.
What does the multi-line dialer cost?
$90/mo for 4 concurrent lines, plus usage: 1¢ per dial attempt and 6¢ per connected minute. Unanswered calls bill no minutes, and calls under 6 seconds bill no minutes either. There are no per-seat licenses. Contacts, campaigns and the mobile apps come with any feature; the CRM is a $50/mo add-on.
Can I call a cold list with the multi-line dialer?
Yes — this is the tool for list calling, not the AI dialer. A human is on the line, which is the legal distinction that matters: the TCPA's restriction on artificial or prerecorded voices doesn't apply when a person is doing the talking. You are still responsible for DNC scrubbing and calling hours; the platform gives you quiet-hours and DNC settings you can turn on, but it isn't automatic out of the box.
What happens to calls I miss while dialing?
Inbound routing and urgent callbacks catch them. A lead who calls back gets routed to you, and if you're mid-conversation the callback is queued and surfaced so nobody who returned your call falls through.
Can I use the multi-line dialer and the AI dialer together?
Yes, and most teams should. The usual split: the AI dialer covers speed-to-lead and follow-up on consented leads around the clock, while you work the cold list on the multi-line dialer. Each is its own subscription, so you can start with one and add the other without changing anything else.
