Volume Reach offers four plans designed to grow with your outreach — from exploring the platform for free to running high-volume multi-channel campaigns at scale.
Overview
Every plan includes access to the Volume Reach platform. Paid plans unlock additional features, more phone numbers, and lower per-unit usage rates. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings > Billing > Plan.
Plan Comparison
Free — $0/month
Designed for exploring Volume Reach before committing to a paid plan.
What's included:
- 3 AI voice test calls per day (playground only — not for live campaigns)
- SMS sandbox for testing message flows
- AI agent configuration tools
- Contact list upload
Limitations: Free accounts cannot run live campaigns or purchase phone numbers. Playground calls are for testing your agent's voice and script only.
Launch — $49/month
The entry point for running live AI-powered outreach campaigns.
What's included:
- 3 phone numbers
- AI Caller (outbound AI voice calls)
- SMS outreach
- Voicemail drop
- Call recordings stored for 30 days
- 1 user seat
Best for: Solo operators and small teams starting with AI voice outreach.
Growth — $149/month ★ Most Popular
The most popular plan, adding multi-channel automation and team collaboration tools.
What's included — everything in Launch, plus:
- 5 phone numbers
- AI SMS Agent (automated conversational SMS replies)
- Multi-Line Dialer (run parallel outbound calls simultaneously)
- Priority support
- Webhook integrations
- 1 user seat
Best for: Growing teams that want AI-powered follow-up across voice and SMS, or anyone who needs to maximize call throughput with parallel dialing.
Scale — $299/month
The full-featured plan for high-volume outreach operations.
What's included — everything in Growth, plus:
- 10 phone numbers
- Ringless Voicemail (leave a voicemail without ringing the recipient's phone)
- API access (integrate Volume Reach into your own tools and workflows)
- Custom AI scripts
- 5 user seats
- Call recordings stored for 90 days
Best for: Large teams, agencies, and power users running high-volume, multi-channel campaigns with custom integrations.
Additional Phone Numbers
Need more numbers than your plan includes? You can add extra phone numbers on any paid plan for $2/month each.
For example, a Growth plan subscriber with 3 additional numbers pays $149 + $6 = $155/month for their subscription.

Tips & Best Practices
- Start on Launch if you're just getting started with AI calling. You can upgrade at any time as your volume grows.
- Consider Growth if SMS follow-up matters. The AI SMS Agent can automatically continue conversations after a call, significantly improving contact rates.
- Upgrade to Scale for team use. Scale is the only plan with multiple user seats, making it the right choice for teams of more than one person.
- Calculate your usage costs before choosing a plan. Higher plans have lower per-unit rates — at sufficient volume, the savings on usage can exceed the difference in subscription price. See Usage Rates for details.
Limits & Availability
All plans are available to new and existing accounts. Plan changes take effect immediately on upgrade and at the end of the current billing period on downgrade.
Troubleshooting
I upgraded but don't see my new features. Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, sign out and back in. If you still don't see your new features, contact support.
I need more than 5 seats. The Scale plan includes 5 seats. If you need additional seats beyond what's included, contact support to discuss options.
I want to add a phone number. Go to Settings > Phone Numbers and select "Add Number." Additional numbers are billed at $2/month and added to your next subscription invoice.
