Wallet
Your Volume Reach wallet is a prepaid balance that powers all of your usage — calls, SMS, voicemail drops, and more. Load it once, and charges are deducted automatically as you go.
Overview
The wallet is separate from your monthly subscription. Your subscription fee is charged directly to your payment method on your billing date. All usage charges — dial attempts, connected minutes, SMS, and other activity — come out of your wallet balance in real time.
This gives you full visibility and control: you decide how much to load, you can watch your balance change as campaigns run, and your usage never generates a surprise invoice.
How It Works
- Navigate to Settings > Billing > Wallet.
- Enter an amount to add. The minimum load is $20. You can add any amount above that minimum.
- Confirm the payment. Funds are added to your wallet immediately and are available for use right away.
- Run your campaigns. As activity occurs, the corresponding charges are deducted from your balance in real time. You can check your current balance at any time from the Wallet page.
- Reload when needed. You can add funds manually at any time, or set up Auto-Recharge to top up automatically.
Balance Deductions
Charges are applied to your wallet at the moment activity occurs:
- Dial attempts are charged the instant a call is placed.
- Connected minutes are charged as the conversation progresses, rounded up to the nearest whole minute at the end of the call.
- SMS are charged when a message is sent or received.
- Voicemail drops are charged when the voicemail is delivered.
Because charges happen in real time, your displayed balance is always an accurate reflection of your current available funds.
Low Balance Warnings
Volume Reach monitors your balance and sends you a notification when it falls below a threshold. You will receive:
- An in-app notification visible in the platform header.
- An email alert to the address on your account.
If your balance reaches zero, active campaigns will pause automatically. No further usage charges will be incurred until you reload your wallet and resume your campaigns.
Wallet Inactivity Policy
Wallet funds that have not been used for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. Inactive balances may expire. If you plan to take an extended break from using Volume Reach, we recommend spending down your balance or contacting support before the 12-month mark.
Tips & Best Practices
- Load enough for a full campaign before you start. Running out of balance mid-campaign pauses all activity. Estimate your expected usage with the Usage Rates table before you load.
- Use auto-recharge to avoid pauses. Set a threshold and reload amount so your balance never hits zero unexpectedly. See Auto-Recharge.
- Check your balance before large campaigns. Even with auto-recharge enabled, it's good practice to confirm you have sufficient funds before launching a high-volume campaign.
- The $20 minimum load is per transaction. If you only need a small top-up, the minimum still applies — plan accordingly.

Troubleshooting
My campaign paused and I have wallet funds. If your subscription payment failed, campaigns may be paused even if your wallet has a balance. Check Settings > Billing > Plan for any payment issues on your subscription.
I added funds but my balance hasn't updated. Funds are typically added instantly. Try refreshing the Wallet page. If your balance still hasn't updated after a few minutes, contact support with your transaction confirmation.
I want to request a refund on my wallet balance. Wallet funds are generally non-refundable. Please contact support to discuss your situation — we handle these on a case-by-case basis.
