Usage Dashboard
The Usage Dashboard gives you a real-time view of everything you've spent — broken down by metric, date range, and activity type — so you always know where your wallet balance is going.
Overview
The Usage Dashboard is your central hub for understanding how your campaigns are consuming your wallet. It shows you the volume and cost of every billable action — from AI dial attempts and connected minutes to SMS messages and voicemail drops — with filters that let you zero in on any time period.
How It Works
- Navigate to Settings > Billing > Usage. This opens the Usage Dashboard.
- Select a date range. Use the date picker to filter usage by day, week, month, or a custom range. By default, the dashboard shows the current billing period.
- Review your usage by metric. The dashboard displays each billable metric with the total number of units consumed and the corresponding cost for the selected period.
- Drill into the details. Select any metric row to see a timeline of activity and a list of individual transactions — including the date, time, campaign name, and cost of each action.
- Compare to your wallet. The top of the dashboard shows your current wallet balance alongside your total usage spend for the selected period, so you can see the relationship between activity and remaining funds.

The Usage Dashboard shows data for all 10 billable metrics available on your plan:

- SMS Credits (outbound)

- Voicemail Drops
- Ringless Voicemail (Scale only)
Metrics that are not available on your plan are not shown. For a full explanation of what each metric represents and how it is calculated, see Usage Rates.
Filtering and Navigation
By date range: Use the date picker to view any custom range. You can also quickly jump to preset ranges: Today, Last 7 Days, This Month, or Last Month.
By metric: Click any metric in the summary table to expand its detail view and see a day-by-day breakdown.
By billing period: The default view always opens on your current billing period, making it easy to track spend against the current month.
Tips & Best Practices
- Check the dashboard before launching a large campaign. Knowing your recent usage rate helps you estimate whether your current wallet balance is sufficient.
- Review usage after your first campaign run. The actual costs of your specific calling patterns — answer rate, average call duration, SMS reply rate — may differ from your estimates. Use real data to refine your projections.
- Watch for unexpected spikes. A sudden jump in inbound minutes or SMS might indicate a campaign is generating more response than anticipated, which is great — but also means your wallet will deplete faster than usual.
- Use date range filters to compare periods. Comparing this month to last month side by side is an effective way to understand growth in your outreach volume and spending.

Troubleshooting
My recent activity isn't showing up yet. Usage data typically appears within a few minutes of the activity occurring. If you've just completed a campaign run and the charges aren't showing, wait a few minutes and refresh the page.
The usage total doesn't match my wallet deductions. There can be a slight timing difference between when a charge is deducted from your wallet and when it appears as a line item in the usage detail view. If the discrepancy persists after 15 minutes, contact support.
I can't see usage from before I upgraded my plan. Historical usage is visible back to the date you activated your paid plan. Usage from sandbox sessions on the Free plan is not shown in the full dashboard.
