Billing
Volume Reach combines a flat monthly subscription with pay-as-you-go usage, so you only pay for the outreach you actually send.
Overview
Billing in Volume Reach has two parts:
- Feature subscriptions — a fixed monthly price per feature you turn on. There is no base platform fee.
- Usage-based charges — per-unit fees for AI calls, SMS messages, voicemail drops, and more, deducted in real time from your prepaid wallet.
This model gives you predictable base costs while keeping your usage charges tied directly to the volume of outreach you run.
How It Works
Your subscription determines which features are available to you and how many phone numbers you can use.
Before running campaigns, add funds to your prepaid wallet. The minimum load is $20.
Each AI call, SMS, voicemail drop, and other activity deducts a small amount from your wallet in real time as it happens.
The Usage Dashboard lets you see a breakdown of every charge by metric, date range, and campaign.
Reload your wallet manually at any time or set up Auto-Recharge to top up automatically when your balance runs low.
The Two Components of Your Bill
Subscription Fee
Your subscription is billed on the same date each month and covers the features you've turned on, plus $2/month for each phone number you hold. If your subscription renews and your payment method fails, your account is paused until the payment is resolved.
Wallet Usage
Your wallet balance is drawn down as you use the platform. There is no minimum monthly usage — if you run no campaigns, your wallet balance stays the same. Usage rates are the same for every feature-based account. SMS gets an automatic volume discount as your monthly sending grows. See Usage Rates for the full rate table.
Tips & Best Practices
- Fund your wallet before launching a campaign. If your balance hits zero mid-campaign, active calls and messages will pause until you reload.
- Set up auto-recharge. This prevents unexpected interruptions. See Auto-Recharge.
- Review your usage regularly. The Usage Dashboard helps you spot high-cost activities and optimize your campaigns.
- SMS gets cheaper as you send more, automatically. There's no plan to upgrade and nothing to turn on — the volume discount applies on its own. See SMS volume discounts.
Limits & Availability
Volume Reach has no base plan — you buy the features you want and each is its own subscription. SMS is $20/mo, Phone $20/mo (free with any other feature), Multi-line Dialer $90/mo, AI Dialer $100/mo, and the CRM add-on $50/mo. See Pricing Plans.
Wallet charges, auto-recharge, and the full usage dashboard work identically on every paid account.
Troubleshooting
My campaign paused unexpectedly. Your wallet balance may have reached zero. Go to Settings > Billing > Wallet to check your balance and add funds.
I was charged but don't see activity in the dashboard. There can be a short delay before usage appears in the dashboard. Wait a few minutes and refresh. If the discrepancy persists, contact support.
I want to cancel my subscription. You can downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings > Billing > Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Any remaining wallet balance is subject to the inactivity policy described in Wallet.
