Account Setup

Create your Volume Reach account, pick the right plan, and load your wallet so you're ready to launch your first campaign.

Overview

Getting started with Volume Reach takes just a few minutes. You'll create an account, verify your email, choose a subscription plan, add a payment method, and fund your wallet. Once those steps are complete, you'll have full access to the platform and can move on to compliance setup and your first campaign.

How It Works

1. Create Your Account

Go to app.volumerreach.com and click Get Started. Enter your name, work email address, and a password, then click Create Account.

You will receive a verification email at the address you provided. Open the email and click Verify Email to activate your account. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or click Resend Verification Email on the sign-in page.

2. Complete Your Profile

After verifying your email, you'll be prompted to complete your business profile. Fill in your business name and phone number. This information is used for compliance purposes when registering your phone numbers with carriers.

3. Choose a Plan

Volume Reach offers three subscription plans. Select the one that best fits your outreach volume and the features you need.

Launch is ideal if you're just getting started with AI calling and SMS outreach. Growth adds the multi-line human dialer and AI SMS agent, which makes it well-suited for teams that blend AI and human calling. Scale unlocks ringless voicemail drops, additional user seats, and higher usage limits for high-volume operations.

All plans use pay-as-you-go pricing on top of the monthly subscription. You only pay for what you use. See Pricing Plans for a full breakdown of per-minute and per-message rates.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings > Billing.

4. Add a Payment Method

After selecting a plan, you'll be prompted to add a credit or debit card. Your card is used for:

  • Your monthly subscription charge
  • Automatic wallet top-ups (if you enable auto-reload)

Volume Reach uses a secure payment processor and does not store your full card number. You can update or replace your payment method at any time from Settings > Billing.

5. Fund Your Wallet

Volume Reach uses a prepaid wallet for all usage charges (calls, SMS, voicemails, etc.). You need to add funds before you can place calls or send messages.

The minimum first deposit is $20. You can add any amount in whole dollars. To load funds:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Wallet.
  2. Enter the amount you'd like to add.
  3. Click Add Funds — your card on file will be charged immediately.

Your wallet balance is displayed in the top navigation bar so you always know how much you have available.

Auto-reload: You can optionally enable auto-reload, which automatically adds funds to your wallet when the balance drops below a threshold you choose. This prevents campaigns from pausing due to a low balance. You can configure auto-reload thresholds in Settings > Billing > Wallet.

Tips and Best Practices

  • Start with more than the minimum deposit. A $20 balance can be consumed quickly once calling begins. Loading $50 or more upfront helps ensure your first campaign runs without interruption.
  • Enable auto-reload from day one. Campaigns pause automatically when your wallet balance reaches $0. Auto-reload prevents unexpected pauses during a live campaign.
  • Choose Growth or Scale if you plan to run SMS. All plans support SMS broadcasts, but the AI SMS Agent — which handles two-way text conversations automatically — requires Growth or Scale.
  • You can change plans anytime. If you start on Launch and outgrow it, upgrading takes effect immediately and your billing is prorated.
