Account Settings
Update your profile information, change your email address, and manage your password from the Account Settings page.
Overview
Your account settings control the personal details tied to your Volume Reach login. You can update your name and email address at any time, and you can change your password whenever you need to. Keeping this information accurate ensures you receive important notifications and can always access your account.
How It Works
Navigate to Settings > Account to manage your profile.
Updating Your Profile
Your profile includes your display name and the email address associated with your account. To update either:
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Edit the fields you want to change.
- Click Save Changes.
Changes take effect immediately. If you update your email address, a confirmation message will be sent to your new address. Your login will continue to use your old address until the new one is confirmed.
Changing Your Password
To update your password:
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Update Password.
Your new password takes effect immediately. You will not be logged out of your current session, but other active sessions may be ended for security.
Forgot Your Password?
If you cannot log in because you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to the email address on file.
Tips & Best Practices
- Use a strong, unique password. A mix of letters, numbers, and symbols makes your account significantly harder to compromise.
- Keep your email address up to date. Billing receipts, compliance alerts, and password reset links are all sent to the email on file. An outdated address could lock you out of your account.
- Do not share your login credentials. Each team member should have their own login. Shared credentials make it impossible to audit account activity and create a security risk.
- Change your password immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Contact support if you need additional assistance securing your account.
