Trend Charts
See how your performance changes over time — identify patterns, catch drops early, and optimize when you outreach.
Overview
Trend Charts display your key outreach metrics across a timeline so you can see not just where you stand today, but how you got here. Spotting that connect rates are highest on Tuesday mornings, or that SMS reply rates have been declining over the past two weeks, is the kind of insight that leads to better decisions about timing, messaging, and resource allocation.
Trend Charts are available on all plans.
Accessing Trend Charts
- Go to Reporting in the left sidebar.
- Select Trend Charts.
- Choose your Date Range — longer ranges show broader patterns; shorter ranges show recent fluctuations.
- Select the Metric you want to chart from the dropdown.
- Optionally, filter by Campaign or Channel to focus the chart.

Chart Controls
Time Granularity
Toggle between Daily and Weekly views:
- Daily — useful for spotting day-of-week patterns and recent short-term changes.
- Weekly — useful for comparing month-over-month trends and identifying long-term trajectory.
Overlay Campaigns
Select up to three campaigns to display as separate lines on the same chart. This makes it easy to see if one campaign is trending differently from others over the same period.
Benchmark Line
Enable the Average toggle to display a horizontal benchmark line showing the average value for the metric over the selected date range. This helps you identify which days or weeks are above or below your typical performance.
Patterns to Look For
Day-of-Week Patterns
Connect rates and reply rates often vary by day. Many audiences are most reachable mid-week (Tuesday through Thursday). If your charts show a consistent dip on Mondays and Fridays, consider shifting your highest-volume activity to your stronger days.
Time-of-Day Patterns
While Trend Charts display daily totals, the day-level data can still reveal patterns — a consistently weaker Monday may reflect poor morning scheduling, for example. Pair this with the best practices for calling times to optimize your schedule.
Declining Performance
A gradual downward trend in connect rate over several weeks can indicate:
- List fatigue — your audience has been contacted too many times.
- Caller ID reputation issues — your numbers may be flagged as spam.
- Seasonal changes — some industries see natural slowdowns at certain times of year.
Sudden Drops
A sharp single-day drop often points to an operational issue rather than a trend — a paused campaign, a misconfigured setting, or an external factor. Use the Campaign Comparison report to identify which campaign or channel caused the drop.
Exporting Charts
Click Export to download the underlying data as a CSV file. The chart image can be saved by right-clicking the chart and selecting "Save image as" from your browser.
Tips
- Look at at least 4 weeks for reliable patterns: One week of data can be heavily influenced by a single event. Four or more weeks reveal consistent patterns you can actually act on.
- Compare the same period year-over-year (when available): Some audiences have seasonal patterns — what looks like a performance decline may actually be normal for the time of year.
- Set a weekly reporting habit: A 5-minute weekly check of your trend charts is one of the most effective habits for catching problems before they compound and for spotting opportunities to double down on what's working.
