What's in Reporting
KPI Summary Cards
At-a-glance view of the metrics that matter most: total calls placed, connect rate, leads generated, SMS replies, and total spend for any selected period.
Campaign Comparison
Compare multiple campaigns side-by-side to see which ones are generating the best results for your spend. Quickly identify top performers and underperformers.
Channel Comparison
See how AI Voice, SMS, and Multi-Line Dialer perform relative to each other. Understand which channel is best suited for your audience and goals.
Trend Charts
Track how your key metrics change over time. Spot patterns — like which days of the week produce the highest connect rates — and optimize your outreach schedule.
Date Range Selector
All reports are filtered by date range. Use the date picker to select Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or a custom range.
Exporting Data
All reports can be exported to CSV. Click the Export button in the top-right corner of any report view. Exported files include the same data and filters applied to the current report view.
Download the texts that failed
To see exactly which numbers didn't get your text and why, go to Reporting, open the SMS tab, then Message Failures. Pick a campaign (or leave All campaigns) and click Download failed texts (CSV). You get one row per failed text with the date, phone number, contact, property, campaign, and a plain-English reason such as "Landline — can't receive texts" or "Number disconnected or no longer in service". The Reporting download uses the date range at the top of the page.
The same button sits under Delivery on a campaign's SMS Overview tab. That one covers the campaign's whole life, so it always matches the campaign's Undelivered count, plus any texts that couldn't be sent at all.
Tips for Getting the Most from Reporting
- Compare like periods: When evaluating a campaign change, compare the same number of days before and after the change to get an apples-to-apples view.
- Use campaign comparison before scaling: Before increasing budget on a campaign, confirm it's outperforming alternatives in the comparison view.
- Check trend charts weekly: A weekly check of your trend charts helps you catch performance drops early, before they affect your results significantly.
