Overview

Volume Reach Automation lets you build intelligent workflows that respond to what your contacts do — or don't do. Instead of manually following up after every call or text, you set the rules once and let the platform handle the rest.

Automation features are available on the Growth and Scale plans.

What You Can Automate

Webhooks

Send real-time event data to any external system — your CRM, Zapier, Make, or custom software — the moment something happens in Volume Reach. When a call completes, a lead responds, or a voicemail is dropped, the data goes where you need it immediately.

Triggers

Define event-based rules: "When X happens, do Y." For example, when a call is marked as a hot lead, automatically send a follow-up SMS. Triggers connect your channels and remove the manual steps between them.

Drip Sequences

Schedule a series of touches over time — a call on day one, an SMS on day three, another call on day seven. Drip sequences keep your leads engaged without requiring you to remember who needs what and when.

Delivery Logs

Review the full history of every automated action: what was sent, to whom, when, and whether it succeeded. Use delivery logs to diagnose issues and confirm your automations are working as expected.

Getting Started

Navigate to Automation

Open Automation from the left sidebar in your Volume Reach account.

Select the feature you want to configure: Webhooks, Triggers, or Drip Sequences.

Follow the setup steps

Each section walks you through configuration with step-by-step instructions.

Check Delivery Logs to confirm your automations are running and diagnose any issues.
