Campaign Comparison
Put your campaigns side-by-side to see which ones are worth scaling and which need adjustment.
Overview
The Campaign Comparison report lets you select two or more campaigns and compare their performance across a shared set of metrics. Instead of reviewing each campaign separately, you see them in a single table — making it easy to spot the standout performers and the ones falling short.
This report is available on all plans.
Accessing Campaign Comparison
- Go to Reporting in the left sidebar.
- Select Campaign Comparison.
- Use the Campaign Selector to choose the campaigns you want to compare. You can select up to 10 campaigns at once.
- Set your Date Range using the date picker.
Metrics Compared
The comparison table includes the following columns for each selected campaign:
| Metric | What It Measures |
|---|---|
| Calls Placed | Total dial attempts during the period |
| Connect Rate | Percentage of calls where a contact answered |
| Leads Generated | Contacts classified with a positive outcome (Interested, Callback, etc.) |
| Lead Rate | Leads as a percentage of total calls placed |
| SMS Sent | Total outbound text messages sent |
| SMS Reply Rate | Percentage of SMS messages that received a reply |
| Total Spend | Wallet spend attributed to this campaign |
| Cost Per Lead | Total spend divided by leads generated |
Sorting and Filtering
- Sort by any column: Click a column header to sort campaigns by that metric. Click again to reverse the sort order.
- Filter by channel: Use the channel filter to show only campaigns using AI Voice, SMS, or Multi-Line Dialer.
- Filter by status: Show only active, paused, or completed campaigns.
Understanding Cost Per Lead
Cost Per Lead (CPL) is one of the most useful metrics for evaluating campaign efficiency. A low CPL means you are generating leads at a lower cost. A high CPL may indicate:
- The contact list quality is low (low connect rate → fewer conversations → fewer leads).
- The AI agent's messaging is not resonating (contacts answer but don't convert).
- The campaign is running at suboptimal times (lower connect rates inflate spend without results).
Use CPL alongside Connect Rate and Lead Rate together — a campaign with a low CPL but a very low connect rate may not be sustainable at scale.

Tips
- Compare campaigns with similar audience sizes: A campaign with 10,000 contacts will naturally show more total leads than one with 500, even if the smaller campaign is more efficient. Sort by rates (Connect Rate, Lead Rate) rather than totals when lists vary in size.
- Use this before remarketing: Before launching a remarketing campaign, compare how the original campaign performed by channel and outcome to decide which contacts are worth re-engaging and through which channel.
- Look at trends, not just totals: A campaign with a higher total spend but a declining lead rate over the period may need attention — check the Trend Charts report for that campaign to see if performance has changed over time.
