Volume Reach

Property Leads

Property Leads only needs one URL. Paste it into My Territories, send a test lead, and Volume Reach shows you exactly how it matched before you go live.

1. What you get

  • A private webhook URL that Property Leads posts new leads to the moment they sell you one in your territory.
  • Volume Reach reads the lead's fields by name (Primary_Phone, Lead ID, and so on) and matches them onto a contact automatically — nothing to map if the names line up.
  • Every accepted lead becomes a contact immediately, placed wherever you chose — a pipeline stage, or Contacts only.
  • An AI call within seconds, if you turned that on — otherwise the lead is saved and waits for you.
  • Property Leads' own Lead ID is used to catch duplicates, so a lead that gets re-sent never creates a second contact.

2. Connect Property Leads (2 minutes)

  1. Go to Automation → Lead Sources and open the Property Leads tile.
  2. Answer Create an opportunity for each new lead? — No saves each lead as a contact; Yes also puts it on the pipeline stage you pick.
  3. Answer Call these leads automatically with your AI agent?
  4. Click Get my webhook URL and copy it.
  5. In Property Leads: My Territories → Update Delivery Methods → Webhook, paste the URL, then click Send Test Lead.

3. Check it landed

Within a few seconds the drawer in Volume Reach shows the test lead it received, with how each field was matched: Phone ← "Primary_Phone", Lead ID ← "Lead ID", plus name, email and address. Property Leads' test lead is always "Jon Doe" with the email test@propertyleads.com.

If everything looks right, click Looks right — go live.

If Volume Reach couldn't find the phone number by name, a mapping table opens instead. Pick which field is the phone — that one's required — and map any others you want kept. Anything left unmapped is still saved, on the lead's page.

4. Decide what happens next

Leads that arrive before you go live are kept until you go live (up to 500). At go-live, tick which ones to import. Any you don't import are deleted 14 days after you go live.

  • The first lead received starts unticked and is labeled "test lead? Tick it if it's real", because vendor test leads often carry a fake number. If it was a real lead, tick it.
  • Property Leads' own test lead (Jon Doe, test@propertyleads.com) is never imported or called, even if you tick it. After you go live, clicking Send Test Lead again (for example after New URL) is safe too: Volume Reach recognises it and ignores it.
  • "Call these leads now" starts ticked when the connection calls automatically, unless you import more than 20. Calls go out at your new-lead call limit (5 an hour unless you changed it), and new leads wait behind these. A lead that isn't called within 24 hours of arriving is not called at all, so for a big list, leave this off and call them from a campaign.

From here, anything beyond saving the contact is an Automation (Automation → Automations → New) — describe it in plain English, or start from the "A new lead arrives" → Only from: Property Leads trigger.

Afterwards, the drawer shows your URL, Edit mapping, New URL (the old URL stops working the instant you click it — paste the new one into Property Leads), and Remove connection.

Keep the URL private. Anyone who has it can send you leads, though it can't read anything in your account. If it gets out, click New URL. Each URL also takes at most 20 leads a minute and 300 an hour.
