Volume Reach

Integrations

Prebuilt paths for getting leads out of the system you already use and into Volume Reach, so the AI can call them within seconds.

Overview

Most integrations below send a lead to the inbound leads webhook: the lead is saved as a contact and your AI agent calls it within seconds. A few older recipes instead start a single call through the public calls API and create no contact — each guide says which it is. Pick the one that matches the system you already use.

If your source is not listed, it almost certainly still works. Anything that can send an HTTP POST, including a Zapier or Make step, can deliver a lead.

Before you start

  1. Create an API key — see Getting Started.
  2. Decide your idempotency key — pass your own CRM's lead ID as the external lead ID so retries and duplicate form submissions collapse into one lead instead of one call each.
  3. Confirm consent is captured at the source. AI voice calls require prior express written consent under the TCPA, so the form or ad feeding the integration is where that consent language has to live. See TCPA overview.

Receiving results back

Integrations push leads in. To get outcomes, recordings, and transcripts back out, subscribe to webhooks — including HMAC signature verification and retry behaviour.
