Opportunities
Your pipeline of qualified leads — contacts your AI agent identified as interested and worth following up with.
Overview
Opportunities is the built-in pipeline that helps you manage every lead your AI agent surfaces. When a contact expresses interest or requests a callback during a call, they automatically appear in your Opportunities pipeline. From there, you can track them through your sales or follow-up process, schedule callbacks, and move them through stages until the deal is closed — or the lead goes cold.
Think of Opportunities as the handoff point between your AI agent and your human team. The AI does the initial outreach; Opportunities makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
How It Works
Automatic lead capture
When your AI agent classifies a call as "Interested" or "Callback Requested," that contact is automatically added to Opportunities. No manual entry required.
Pipeline stages
Each opportunity moves through stages that reflect where the lead is in your process. Customize stage names to match your workflow — for example: New Lead, Contacted, Meeting Booked, Closed Won, Closed Lost.
Action Required tab
Surfaces the leads that need your attention right now: urgent callbacks, newly interested contacts, and any items that are overdue. This is your daily to-do list for follow-up.
Scheduled tab
Shows upcoming callbacks and follow-ups that have been assigned a date and time. Use this to plan your day and make sure callbacks happen when you committed to them.
Tips & Best Practices
- Check the Action Required tab every morning — it's the fastest way to prioritize your day.
- Move opportunities through stages consistently so your pipeline reflects reality. Stale stages make it hard to forecast.
- If a lead isn't ready to move forward, reschedule rather than leaving them in Action Required — it keeps your queue clean and ensures they hear back at the right time.
- Pair Opportunities with Call Logs: if you're unsure about a lead's context, pull up their call history before you call them back.
