A complete history of every phone call made or received through your Volume Reach account.

Overview

Call Logs give you full visibility into all calling activity across your account. Whether you want to review what your AI agent said on a specific call, check why a contact wasn't reached, or audit dialing history for a campaign — it all lives here.

Every call is automatically logged the moment it occurs. No setup required.

How It Works

When you open Call Logs, you'll see a list of all calls sorted by most recent. Each row shows the contact's phone number, the date and time, the call duration, and the outcome.

You can switch between several views to focus on what matters:

All Calls

Every call across all campaigns and contact lists, in one place.

By Number

Group calls by phone number to see the full history with a specific contact.

Inbound

Calls that came in to your Volume Reach number from a contact calling you back.

Missed

Calls that were not connected, including unanswered, busy, or failed attempts.

Unknown Source

Calls that arrived on your number but couldn't be matched to a known contact.

Click any call in the list to open the full detail view with the recording, transcript, and outcome.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Use the By Number view when a contact calls in and you want to quickly review your history with them before responding.
  • The Inbound view is useful after running a campaign — contacts who call back often have high intent.
  • Missed calls are worth revisiting. If a contact was busy or didn't answer, they may still be worth a follow-up.
  • Pair Call Logs with your Opportunities pipeline — when you spot an interested contact in the logs, you can move them into your pipeline right away.
