Marketing SMS Opt-In & Consent Disclosure

Volume Reach is a software platform operated by Sun City Systems LLC. This page documents how our customers give express written consent to receive marketing text messages, and the terms that apply to that program. Effective August 22, 2026.

About this messaging program

Volume Reach sends promotional and product messages — offers, feature announcements, and product news — only to people who created a Volume Reach account, verified their own mobile number, and separately checked a box agreeing to receive marketing texts at that number. We do not message purchased lists, rented lists, or numbers obtained from third parties. Every recipient is a Volume Reach account holder who opted in from inside our product.

How customers opt in

  1. 1. Create an account

    The person signs up at volumereach.com and begins onboarding inside the app.

  2. 2. Verify their own mobile number

    They enter their mobile number and confirm a one-time passcode sent to it, proving they control the phone. Consent is recorded only after this succeeds, and only for the number that was verified.

  3. 3. Check the marketing consent box — optional

    On the same screen, an unchecked box offers to receive marketing texts. It is never pre-checked, and leaving it unchecked does not affect verification or account access in any way.

Program terms

  • Program name: Volume Reach marketing and product updates.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier's plan.
  • Opt out any time: reply STOP to stop receiving messages. You'll receive one final confirmation of your opt-out. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect your account or any service messages you have asked for.
  • Help: reply HELP, email support@volumereach.com, or visit volumereach.com/support.
  • Consent is standalone and optional: agreeing to receive marketing messages is separate from accepting our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, and is not a condition of purchasing or using Volume Reach. Declining changes nothing about your account.
  • Consent is per-number. It applies only to the specific mobile number you verified and checked the box for. If you later verify a different number, you are not opted in on the new one until you opt in again.
  • We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
