About this messaging program

During product onboarding, Volume Reach offers each new user a single test text message, sent only to the user's own verified mobile number, only when the user explicitly requests it. We do not send marketing messages, recurring messages, or messages to third parties from this program. Every recipient is the account holder texting their own phone.

How users opt in

1. 1. Create an account

   The user signs up at volumereach.com and starts onboarding inside the app.

2. 2. Verify their own mobile number

   The user enters their mobile number and confirms a one-time passcode sent to it, proving they own the phone that will receive the message.

3. 3. Explicitly request the test message

   The user clicks the "Text my phone" button. One test message is then sent to the number they verified in step 2. No message is ever sent without this click, and clicking it sends exactly one message.

Program terms

• Message frequency: one message per user request. This program sends no recurring or scheduled messages.
• Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier's plan.
• Opt out any time: reply STOP to stop receiving messages. You'll receive a final confirmation of your opt-out.
• Help: reply HELP, email support@volumereach.com, or visit volumereach.com/support.
• Consent is standalone and optional: agreeing to receive the test message is separate from accepting our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, and is not a condition of purchasing or using Volume Reach. Skipping the test message does not limit your account.
• Consent applies only to the number you verified yourself; we never send this message to anyone else's phone.
